Project description: The Missouri Department of Conservation’s Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery is expanding its visitor center. The conservation center is temporarily closed amid the project, which is slated to increase the building’s footprint by 2.5 times. The MDC is handling architecture and engineering work for the project designed to accommodate some 250,000 annual visitors.
