Dynamic Dozen companies, which must have their headquarters within 50 miles of Springfield, are evaluated based on both dollar and percentage revenue growth during a three-year period. A third-party accounting firm tabulates the results for the notable networking event.


In addition to honoring the Dynamic Dozen, the event will feature awards in the following categories:

  • Top Local Executive: This award is for the company's local top dog. Executives at the top use many different titles - some include CEO, president, managing partner or chief operating officer - so nominate the person at the top who has the ultimate responsibility for directing the company on its journey forward.
  • Top Local Sales/Marketing Professional: This award is for the mastermind behind a company's plans and/or efforts to reach more customers and generate more sales. Nominate the person who guides the company sales force, brands the business and/or shapes the company's market presence with innovation and determination.
  • Top Local Financial Officer
  • Top Local Human Resources Professional
  • Employee of the Year
