Project description: Metairie, Louisiana-based Take 5 Oil Change is opening its first location in southwest Missouri. The oil change franchise allows customers to stay in their car during services. This facility can handle up to three cars at once. Collins Webb Architecture (Lee’s Summit) is the project architect. Engineering work is by Leigh & O’Kane LLC (Lee’s Summit), structural; Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; and PKMR Engineers (Lenexa, Kansas), mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
