Project description: The Ozark School District is updating a former manufacturing plant it purchased in 2009 to serve as an extension of Ozark High School and the new district offices. The goal is to move more than 400 students from the high school to the center and house the district’s central office staff. The project has two phases, which will include enhancing the exterior, reinforcing exterior walls to meet building codes and installing skylights. Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. is architect for the project. Engineering work is provided by JS Smith Consulting Engineers PC, structural, and Smith-Goth Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
