Skully’s Food Truck is planning a move inside the adjacent art gallery at Cherry Street and Pickwick Avenue.
Co-owner Lora Still this morning confirmed the plans to open inside the Josh Mitchell Fine Art Gallery. She did not provide additional details.
“Possibly by the end of January we might know more beyond what we know now, which is just that we’re doing it,” she said via Facebook Messenger.
Still added Skully’s would seek to sell its food truck upon moving into the 1424 E. Cherry St. building.
Known for its Asian fusion menu items, such as kimchi fries and ramen, Skully’s launched in 2016, according to its Facebook page.
In its Table Talk e-newsletter this morning, 417 Magazine was the first to report Skully’s brick-and-mortar plans.
Skully’s plans follow The Wheelhouse’s move last year into the Vib Springfield hotel after previously operating as a food truck.
