O’Reilly Development Co. LLC and South Waldo Community Investors LLC are partnering on a Kansas City project.

The Springfield company and South Waldo Community Investors formed Robeson Holding Co. The company bought the former Paul Robeson Middle School site from Kansas City Public Schools.

At the site, the partners plan to build a recreation center, indoor courts, 24-hour care center and senior-living apartments, among other features.

In Kansas City, O’Reilly Development previously invested $34 million turning two Folgers plant buildings into the Roaster's Block apartments.
