Welcome to the second level – where dark flooring contrasts bright color schemes that are illuminated in natural lighting, even on a cloudy day. This is a busy floor and it encompasses multiple conference rooms and staff offices. Currently 62 employees call the building their work-home, with 16 more workstations for growth.

Flex
Adjustable desks allow employees to either sit or stand during the workday. Desk spaces also include colorful boxes that act as seating and storage, which can move on wheels.

Break Time
Cafe Park Central isn’t your typical break room. Designed to feel more like a lounge, restaurant booths line one wall, while a high bar is the room’s centerpiece with colorful seating and natural lighting.

Flight Patterns
Glass walls make the second-floor offices feel spacious – and it’s easy to wave hello to desk neighbors. A geometric design carried throughout the building nods to the bank’s eagle logo, appearing as a feather trailing along the glass, as well as in wall art and furniture material patterns.

Flex seating is scattered throughout. The goal: A workplace that fits the needs of four generations together under one roof.

Modern Meetings
An emphasis on collaboration includes numerous conferences rooms varying in size from six to 18 seats. Chairs and tables also are moveable. Well-lit with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Farmers Park, the spaces include teleconferencing technology.
Designing Guaranty Bank’s headquarters at Farmers Park took longer than its construction.
Bathed in blue and boasting splashes of bright color against clean, light backdrops, designers use details to facilitate collaboration, innovation and community between co-workers and clients.
It’s designed to feel like home – an extremely modern, flexible, tech-savvy home.
Moseley’s Discount Office Products was purchased; Side Chick opened in Branson; and the Springfield franchise store of NoBaked Cookie Dough changed ownership.
