Springfield Symphony Orchestra Inc. hired Amanda Bullock as executive assistant, Rebecca Nassif as development manager and Kaitlyn Pack as marketing manager. Bullock has over 20 years of experience as an administrative and executive assistant working at Evangel University and Springfield Mechanical Services Inc., Nassif worked in development for Playhouse on the Square in Memphis, Tennessee, and Pack previously served as operations manager at Springfield Ballet Inc.

Banking & Finance
Cledas Manuel, of Nixa, managing partner for Modern Woodmen of America, earned membership in the Million Dollar Round Table of financial representatives worldwide. The association represents 49,000 life insurance and financial services professionals from 500 companies in 70 countries, and members meet qualifications for professional knowledge, ethical conduct and client service.

OMB Bank hired Isaac Lasater as a vice president and commercial loan officer. With a bachelor’s in general business from Missouri State University, he began his banking career in 2016 as a teller at Great Southern Bank and most recently worked as vice president and commercial loan officer for Legacy Bank & Trust Co.

Health Care
Citizens Memorial Hospital added Erin Camden as clinical research nurse coordinator and Amber Herring as a physician assistant. A registered nurse, Camden has 17 years of experience among area hospitals, public health and public school settings. Camden, who’s worked four years at CMH, holds a bachelor’s in nursing from University of Central Missouri. Herring, who has 18 years’ experience as an orthopedic physician assistant, joined the CMH Orthopedic & Spine Center in Bolivar. With a bachelor’s in biology from Drury University and a master’s in physician assistant studies from MSU, she is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

CoxHealth added Stuart Lipscomb, formerly president of Pioneer Outdoor LLC, to its board of directors. The fourth generation of the Cox-Lipscomb family to serve the health system, he previously was on the Cox College board and served on several subcommittees.

Nonprofit
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks Inc. was named a 2023 Big Brothers Big Sisters of America Gold Standard Award Winner. Out of 225 agencies nationwide, BBBS of the Ozarks was among 26 selected by the BBBSA Nationwide Leadership Council, representing the top 11% of the organization’s signature 1-to-1 youth mentoring program. The award recognizes annual increases in revenue, mentors and youth participants, which BBBS of the Ozarks grew by 12%.

The Springfield NAACP gave its Black Excellence Award to Justyn Pippins for commitment and dedication to the community. An advocate for entrepreneurism and owner of Vision Group Development Co. LLC, he was recognized during the Juneteenth celebration.
