A federal judge on Friday dismissed a lawsuit brought against Fox News by former host Andrea Tantaros.
Tantaros alleged the company retalitiated against her after she filed a sexual harassment claim. She also alleged the network created fake social media accounts to defame her.
Judge George Daniels said Tantaros’ allegations were “based primarily on speculation and conjecture."
