Project description: Plans for the Finley Ridge apartment complex in the growing community of Ozark call for four buildings, four stories apiece, with 48 units each for a total of 192, as well as a 1,500-square-foot shared community and fitness room, according to a spokesperson from Spark Professional Management, property manager for the site. Amenities in the works are an outdoor pool and green space. The apartments are designed with one to three bedrooms, ranging roughly 700-1,200 square feet in size, not counting balconies in each unit. Finley Ridge LLC is owned by Wayne D. Morelock, owner of Morelock Builders & Associates Inc. Ozark’s population is 22,512, according to 2022 estimates by the U.S. Census Bureau; that’s up 26% from the 2010 census.
