A Dunkin' franchisee that last year launched a pair of new restaurants in the Queen City has two more area locations in the works.
Girish Patel, co-owner of the Bapa Network LLC franchise group, said via email that a Carthage store is scheduled to open Sept. 8 at 2424 Fairlawn Drive. The building previously housed Waco Title Co., he said.
BP Builders LLC served as general contractor for the 2,000-square-foot project designed by Wichita, Kansas-based Clarkitecture LLC, Patel said. He noted the Carthage restaurant would be Bapa Network's ninth location.
Next up for Bapa Network is a Dunkin' restaurant at 3310 W. Chestnut Expressway in Springfield, Patel said. He said construction would start soon and that more details would become available pending permit approval by the city of Springfield.
Located just east of West Bypass, the Chestnut Expressway site is currently a vacant parcel located next to a Domino's store and Blue Iguana Car Wash location.
Bapa Network's most recent Dunkin' store, a combo restaurant with Baskin-Robbins, launched in December 2022 at 1614 S. Glenstone Ave., according to past reporting. A 2534 S. Campbell Ave. Dunkin' restaurant debuted earlier in the year.
Evergreen Hair House opened; the Ozark Chamber of Commerce moved to a new home; and Dirk’s Tavern LLC got its start on C-Street.
