Description: At the 300-plus-acre Dorothea Dix Park within the city of Raleigh, North Carolina, a 20-story, 484,000-square-foot residential tower is planned. Mettemeyer Engineering provided the structural design of the building envelope and its anchorage to the concrete primary building structural system, according to project officials. The design includes aluminum composite material panels, window walls and a storefront.
