Project description: The new retail center for Ozarks Investment Properties LLC comprises over 15,000 square feet of retail space in south Springfield. Ozarks Investment Properties owner Greg Snider said there are at least three confirmed tenants, including a restaurant and retail stores, but he declined to disclose names. Burns Architecture is the project architect with engineering work from Bowlin & Associates LLC.
