The Trump administration proposed a cap on federal student loan borrowing.
“Unfortunately, many colleges and universities have not been providing Americans the education they need to succeed in a cost-effective manner,” White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement.
The proposal would reform the 1965 Higher Education Act.

I do not usually agree with the Trump agenda but when I taught at MSU I met several students who were professional students who found that as long as they took one course a semester they never had to pay back their loans!
