West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry has been indicted on 22 federal charges alleged he committed fraud, tampered with witnesses and lied to investigators.
Loughry faces a maximum sentence of 395 years in prison and up to $5.5 million in fines.
Among the allegations, Loughry is accused of improperly using state vehicles, buying gas with a state credit card for personal trips and lying to investigators about having state-owned property at his home.
