Superior Sign & Neon crews Oct. 11 install the lettering for Harbor Freight Tools’ new signage at its planned north-side store, 2636 N. Kansas Expressway. The previous home of Staples, it will be Harbor Freight’s second in town; there are more than 800 nationwide.
