The historic Ozark Mill on the banks of the Finley River is moving up the hill, while construction crews rebuild its foundation. The structure, owned by Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris, is being rehabilitated into a venue, which may host events. Morris also owns more than 32 acres around the mill.
