The head of Tesla's Autopilot program is leaving for a job at chip maker Intel, according to media reports.
Jim Keller will be succeeded at Tesla by Pete Bannon, a Tesla employee for two years who previously oversaw chips made by Apple.
The National Transportation Safety Board and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration have been investigating a fatal crash last month of a Tesla Model X using the Autopilot system.
