KPM CPAs PC promoted staff accountant Kristy Madewell to payroll and benefits coordinator. She’s worked out of KPM’s Branson office and previously held similar positions at Herschend Family Entertainment Corp. and the Verona school district.

Matthew Randolph, a staff accountant at KPM CPAs, became a certified management accountant through the Institute of Management Accountants. The credential recognizes educational, exam and experience requirements, as well as compliance with the IMA Statement of Ethical Professional Practice.

Health Care
Drs. Marlana Bray, Shivaram Gowdagere, Donna Harper
and Jonathan Mikail joined CoxHealth as physicians. Bray and Harper work in family medicine, while Gowdagere practices neurology, and Mikail practices pediatrics.

Citizens Memorial Hospital hired Dr. Heather Corn to practice at the CMH Endocrinology Center in Bolivar. She was on the faculty at University of Utah and previously worked at Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City. Corn is certified in endocrinology, diabetes, metabolism and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Hospitality
The Neighborhoods at Quail Creek
, a Springfield senior community, earned its Basic Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Accreditation, evaluated and presented by Providigm LLC. The national accreditation ensures quality of care for residents per federal regulations and standards.

Law
Justin Stanek
joined Douglas, Haun & Heidemann PC. Attaining a juris doctorate in 2011 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, he previously worked as a prosecutor for Greene County and the city of Bolivar.

Spencer Fane LLP hired Camber Jones as associate in the firm’s financial services group. Jones earned a juris doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania and was an intern for the Utah Court of Appeals.

Marketing
Gatesman added Eric Brown as account director, Ryan Knight as a senior account executive and Bill Mammorella as production manager. Brown has a decade of experience in account management, client strategy and marketing, previously working for McDonald’s Corp. and the USA Today Network. Knight previously worked in the culinary industry, and Mammorella has experience in the printing industry.

Nonprofit
Rotary of Springfield named the recipients of its Vocational Service Award: Melissa Ussery, Greene County Sheriff’s Office; Justin Merritt, Springfield Fire Department; John Low, Springfield Police Department; and Jean Lawson; Springfield Public Schools.

The Better Business Bureau of Southwest Missouri hired Johnathan Saunders as operations manager in Springfield. He previously worked in compliance operations at Tomo Drug Testing. Saunders earned a bachelor’s in political science at Missouri Southern State University and a master’s in public administration at Missouri State University.

Council of Churches of the Ozarks promoted Ashley McMillen to director of the Child Care Program and Sarah Marcum to accounting manager. McMillen previously worked as monitor of the program and joined the nonprofit in 2010. With 15 years of accountancy experience, Marcum previously worked part time for the nonprofit as an accounting clerk and now oversees the financials for its nine outreach services.

Kelly Harris was appointed director of the Safe to Sleep program at Council of Churches of the Ozarks. She previously worked as a program coordinator for Safe to Sleep.

The program’s founder, Romona Baker, moved to a new role as the program’s church and community coordinator.
