Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Missouri, yesterday tweeted her opposition to Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
"I will vote no on Judge Kavanaugh," she said. "He has revealed his bias against limits on campaign donations which places him completely out of the mainstream of this nation."
McCaskill said her decision is not based on allegations that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted a girl when they were both teenagers.
"[My] decision is not based on those allegations but rather on his positions on several key issues, most importantly the avalanche of dark, anonymous money that is crushing our democracy," McCaskill wrote.
