A third federal judge has ruled the Trump administration must continue the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
U.S. District Judge John Bates, a George W. Bush appointee in Washington, D.C., made the ruling.
The judge postponed the ruling for 90 days to allow the Trump administration "an opportunity to better explain" its decision to cancel DACA, which protects undocumented immigrants who came to the United States as children.
