Project description: Dr. Trent Wilkinson said he is moving his practice after outgrowing leased space at 1902 E. Battlefield Road. He’s recently added another dentist, Dr. Seth Gray, to meet growing patient counts and needs, he said. “Having our own office space allows us to do more with community events, like our free dental days,” Wilkinson said via email. Through Covenant Real Estate LLC, he acquired the vacant corner parcel at Primrose Street and Delaware Avenue from Canyon LLC. Contractor Adam Pyle of BP Builders said the new office is designed with 12 patient rooms, offices for the dentists, and conference and break rooms. He said the exterior will have a mixture of cedar siding, stone and metal panels for a modern look.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
