Project description: Members of the Pinegar family are expanding their business holdings with a multitenant commercial development across the street from their Chevrolet dealership in Republic. Flat Creek Resort Bar & Grill is the anchor tenant of Wildwood Plaza, occupying one of the three buildings, and Family Pharmacy Inc. also has signed on. Abbi Pinegar-Rose, a co-owner of development entity Melbourne4 LLC, has said the pharmacy agreed to lease 3,000 square feet. In light of Family Pharmacy’s recent bankruptcy reorganization filing, she said there are no changes to report. Lease rates are $13-$15 per square foot, according to WildWoodPlaza.com.
