At least 100 people are known to have died after a ferry capsized on Lake Victoria, Tanzania.
The ferry was carrying hundreds of people, and more than 200 are feared to have drowned, BBC News reports.
Officials believe the ferry tipped when crowds moved to one side of the vessel as it docked.
